About Westvic Staffing Solutions
Westvic Staffing Solutions has accumulated more than 30 years’ experience supporting local people with employment and training opportunities. They began in 1984 as a community based group training organisation, building apprenticeship, employment and training offerings in south-west of Victoria.
Today, they are still committed to helping people.
Their staff provide support to businesses, students and job seekers with the aim of finding them staff, employment and training solutions. Working toward a positive impact in our communities, Westvic Staffing Solutions believes the more people they can get into employment and training, the better for the wellbeing of society.
Westvic have three service divisions, Job Services Australia, Group Training Australia and Registered Training Organisation.
PaTH
Youth Jobs PaTH is a flexible new approach to youth employment. It is designed to support young people to gain the skills and work experience they need to get and keep a job. It also supports employers to host internship placements and provides them with incentives when they take on a young person. Youth Jobs PaTH has three elements: Prepare – Trial – Hire.

Apprenticeship Employment Network (AEN)
The Apprenticeship Employment Network employs apprentices and trainees and places them with employers. Through this, employers are free of paperwork and payroll management, and gain mentoring and training support. Apprentices and trainees gain additional support to complete their training.
Registered Training Organisation
Westvic Staffing Solutions is a Registered Training Organisation. They specialise in delivering nationally accredited training in workplaces together with fee-for-service customised training for particular business needs. Trainees gain one-on-one personalised assistance through the Apprenticeship Traineeship Training Program.
